Both! Shaving the skin on your face with a facial razor removes the vellus hair aka “peach fuzz.” You can get a similar result to professional dermaplaning, with a Favy facial razor since you get exfoliation benefits from dermaplaning.
Why should I exfoliate my face?
Using a the Favy facial razor will remove peach fuzz, and exfoliate by clearing away the skin cells damaged by environmental toxins, irritants, and sun exposure. This results in smoother feeling skin and a radiant shine!
How often should I use the facial beauty razor?
Shaving is different for everyone. Some women may feel best using their Favy™ beauty razor every 1-2 days, whereas if your facial hair grows slower you may want to stick to twice per week. In addition to removing peach fuzz, keep in mind that our razors will also exfoliate your skin to keep your face feeling smooth and clear!
Should I use a shaving cream or gel with the Favy™ beauty razor?
You do not need to use a shaving cream or gel with our beauty razors. Our razors are made with a stainless-steel blade with a built-in safety protective guard and can be used on clean and dry skin. You can also use your favorite moisturizer or oil.
Where can I use the razor?
Favy™ razors remove the fine hairs of the eyebrow, neck and face plus unnecessary hairs located elsewhere.
Can I still use the beauty razors if I have sensitive skin?
Yes, our stainless-steel blades can be used on all skin types. Test on a small area before using on your entire face.
When is the best time to use the razor?
We recommend using the razor on clean skin every 1-3 weeks.
Can I use facial razor on sunburned skin?
No! We do not recommend ever using our facial razors on sunburned skin, damaged skin, or open wounds. If you are experiencing any serious skin irritations we recommend contacting a medical professionals.
What kind of skin will benefit most from Favy’s™ beauty razor?
All types of skin can benefit from using a beauty razor – normal, dry, combination, and oily! Our razors are especially helpful in assisting with actinic keratosis (scaly skin patches), dull or dry skin, skin with peach fuzz, dry skin from sun exposure, and skin with fine lines and wrinkles.
How long will one razor last?
After use, clean your razor with an alcohol-based astringent and dry it completely before storage to maximize use.
Does using the Favy™ facial beauty razor hurt?
Using the Favy™ beauty razor should not be painful! Our razors are designed ergonomically for easy beauty maintenance with built in silicone grips for ideal positioning. You should use a very slight amount of pressure only to remove the top layer of dead skin cells and peach fuzz.
How soon after using the razor can I apply makeup?
Apply a gentle moisturizer after your beauty razor session for best results. Since our beauty razors remove peach fuzz as well as exfoliate the skin, it allows for an overall smoother makeup application.
How long until I see results?
Using Favy’s™ facial beauty razor will provide clearer and smoother skin immediately! Laser treatments and chemicals peels usually take days or even weeks to see the full results, but you will see the results right away after one session of razor use.
Can’t I just use a regular razor for the same results?

If you have sensitive skin, it is advised to use a blender instead of a makeup brush which can cause irritation around the more sensitive areas of the face.

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on Favy™ products. Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, as long as the product is unopened and unused. Original postage paid by customer is non-refundable. Return postage is to be paid by returnee. Any product deemed defective by a Favy representative will be immediately replaced at no charge.
